Ours gets a full 36 hours, giving the spices and seasoning time to work deep into the meat instead of just sitting on the surface. Then it hits the grill, where the heat builds that savoury char along the edges while keeping the inside tender, juicy, and packed with flavour.

Musahab Wrap: Our Signature

The wrap most people order without even opening the menu. Pulled chargrilled chicken, hot or mild, wrapped up tight with Ketkoot sauce so it doesn’t drip everywhere (mostly). Enough on its own to actually fill you up.

Jumbo Chargrilled Wings

Same 36-hour marinade, just bigger. These hit the grill until the edges get deeply charred and caramelized, then get coated in enough sauce to make extra napkins a very good idea.

Whole & Half Chicken Plates with Seasoned Rice

The classic version, if you want to see what the marinade actually does without anything else in the way. Half or whole chargrilled chicken, seasoned rice, pita, and your pick of Ketkoot sauce or garlic sauce on the side. Pull a piece apart and you’ll see the marinade went all the way through, not just the skin.

Fresh Salads and Sides
