Where It All Comes From

Growing up in Iraq, some of the most meaningful memories began with something simple—a walk to the chicken store. That’s where the name Ketkoot comes from, a word used for baby chickens, small, bright, and full of life.

Over time, that connection to chicken turned into something more than just food. It became a vision—to take those early memories, those flavours, and that feeling, and bring them to life in a way that’s fresh, modern, and elevated.
