Halal Pulled Chicken Sliders in Mississauga (Hot or Mild)

Garlic buns, toasted until the edges crunch. A pile of hand-pulled chicken that spent 36 hours in garlic, citrus, and warm spice before it ever touched the grill. Pickles for snap, seasoned fries on the side, and KetKoot sauce for dunking. Our sliders are small enough to eat in a few bites, and nobody has ever stopped at one.

What's Inside a KetKoot Slider

Hand-Pulled Chargrilled Chicken

Every slider starts with the chicken coming off our grill all day long. It marinates for 36 hours, then gets chargrilled to order until the outside caramelizes and the edges char. Once it’s off the heat, we pull it apart by hand and toss it in hot or mild sauce.

Pulling by hand keeps the chicken rough and juicy, with crispy, charred bits tangled in with the tender strands. Piled onto a small bun, that mix of textures is the whole point.

The Bun and the KetKoot Sauce Drizzle

The chicken goes on toasted garlic buns with pickles. The toast gives you a little crunch and a hit of garlic before you even reach the chicken, and the pickles cut through all that richness with a sharp, salty bite.

Every slider order comes with KetKoot sauce, our house-made spicy sauce, so you control the drizzle. Spoon it over the top, dip each bite, or save some for the fries.

Hot vs. Mild: Picking Your Sauce

The chicken, the marinade, and the bun stay the same. The sauce is where you choose your heat.

How the Hot Sauce Builds

On the first slider, hot lands as a warm kick sitting on top of the garlic and spice. By the second or third, the heat has stacked up, and that side of fries starts doing real work. Add a drizzle of KetKoot sauce, which carries some heat of its own, and you’ve got the full-strength version.

When Mild Is the Better Call

Mild keeps the spotlight on the marinade: the garlic, the citrus, and the warm spice that’s been working into the chicken for a day and a half. It’s the easy pick for kids, for anyone who’s spice-shy, and for a group order when you don’t know everyone’s limit. KetKoot sauce does bring some heat, so keep it on the side if you want things gentle.

How Many Sliders Should You Order?

100% Halal, Hand-Slaughtered Chicken

Every slider is made with 100% halal chicken, hand-slaughtered according to the zabiha method. KetKoot is Muslim-owned, and the whole kitchen is halal, so there’s nothing non-halal on the line to share a grill, fryer oil, prep surface, or utensils with your food. The menu is completely alcohol-free.
For Muslim families, that means ordering without a list of follow-up questions. Halal here is rooted in faith, ethics, and cleanliness, and we take it seriously. The sliders are for anyone who loves good chicken.
